Summary
U.C.C. § 2-607, provides, in pertinent part, that the buyer’s acceptance of goods precludes rejection of such goods. The buyer cannot revoke his acceptance if it was made with knowledge of a non-conformity, unless the acceptance was based on the reasonable assumption that the non-conformity would be cured seasonably.
